Coyote friends
I’ve been hiking and jogging in the hills around Orange County and I always see and hear a lot of animals, lots of birds, rabbits, and sometimes two coyotes. And they are always the same two at the same time of dusk. One is grey and red and normal coyote colors and the other has a white tip on its tail and some white in its fur. I’m painless but dizzy and high from all these prescription medications. It feels nice to escape the pounding of hammers in my head but I miss being sane.

Well last night/this morning was a train wreck. I got a prescription for Vicodin and a bunch of other stuff and antibiotics.

Man, I really need to start taking my piano lessons seriously. Being able to create music with my hands that isn’t just rhythm based (as beautiful as writing on drums is to me) would be incredible. I want to be able to compose.
